The weekend of August 23rd we headed back to MD for the Heller/Sito nuptials. It was such a blast and so wonderful to see everyone! On Friday night there was a crab feast and I think between Shaun and I we almost polished off 2 dozen crabs. Delicious! Saturday we enjoyed some bayside dock-sitting and then headed over to the Kent Manor Inn for the big event. The ceremony and reception were a lot of fun and we are so happy for Josh and Ashley - congrats again! This weekend also served as an introduction to the video game "Rock Band." I was just a groupie - but Shaun tried out for each instrument (drums, guitar, bass guitar, and lead singer). Unfortunately he is lacking in rhythm and soul and was kicked out of the band! Always the businessman, Shaun promoted himself to band manager.
We also managed to catch up with all of our parents and siblings which was very nice (no small feat, mind you!). Here is a picture of Shaun with our nephew, Lucas. Lucas is 5 months old in this picture and is becoming more alert (and adorable) every time we see him! Click
