So here we are at the end of week 35. One more month to go! Although realistically, I know it could be as many as 7 more weeks. I'll be full term in 2 weeks - but it could take her up to 2 weeks after the due date to show up. Trust me I will be doing everything I can to move things along. I feel like shouting over the loudspeaker "Run. Do NOT walk to the nearest exit!!"
This month I've noticed that my face has become quite a bit fuller. One of the pregnancy books I was reading refers to this as the "gathering nuts for winter" look. Yes- it I think half of what I eat goes to the babe and the other half has been going to my face. At my most recent doctor's appointment they estimate Baby Rausch to be 5.5 lbs. I also enjoyed a Frankfurt baby shower today -a nice brunch, some fun games, and some wonderful presents from my local friends/coworkers (see pic of cake below). I had a wonderful time and Baby Rausch now has some adorable German baby gear. I am feeling good - very tired...and ready to have the baby here already! We register at the hospital on Thanksgiving Day - think of us as you enjoy your pumpkin pie! We'll keep you posted...

You look great!! Yesterday was a fun time at the baby shower. I hope everything goes smoothly on Thursday at the hospital.
I love it! You look so cute, and I noticed your "pregnant face" before I even read about. It goes with the territory, I guess. So exciting!!
